1. Slow down safely.

Weigh in and check if you are overweight. If you are overweight, try to lose 1-2 pounds per week until you reach the right weight. Avoid sudden dieting (crash diet) because it is unhealthy. Reduce the amount of food you eat and avoid sugary drinks. Drink only water.

2. Cut down on rice and carbohydrates.

To thin it, reduce the cooked rice, bread, noodles and spaghetti. Brown rice and wheat bread are healthier. If you used to have 2 cups of rice, just make 1 cup of rice or half rice. Sweet desserts and drinks like soft drinks, energy drinks and iced tea are also fast.

Reduce the consumption of processed foods that are likely to cause cancer, such as hotdog, tocino, ham, sausage and bacon. To get rid of dirt or toxins in the body, we need to have regular bowel movement. It is especially helpful when every 1-2 days we get dirty. To make the food soft and regular, try eating enough fruits and vegetables. In fruit, 4 P's, like watermelon, papaya, pears and prune juice, soften the dirt. Fiber high in fiber that facilitates the release of dirt. High-fiber vegetables are sponge gourd (patola), spinach and okra.
8. Sleep enough to prolong life.

People who check-up every year have a longer life span than people who do not have a check-up. This is because diseases are treated when they are diagnosed early. For example, when tumors, high blood, and diabetes are not yet serious, they can be easily treated by a doctor. But when we let go of the disease there is a complication, and it is difficult to treat.
10. Take multivitamins daily.
Because we lack vitamins and minerals, such as fast-foods, we can take multi-vitamins daily. Sometimes, we do not notice that our blood volume decreases and we become anemic (hemoglobin low). Sometimes, potassium also decreases and causes heart failure. Consult your doctor for the vitamins that will suit you.
